The 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations qualification is a men's under-20 football competition that decides the participating teams of the 2025 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations.

Players born 1 January 2005 or later are eligible to participate in the competition. A total of twelve teams will qualify to play in the final tournament.[1][2][3]

The 2024 UNAF U-20 Tournament, which also served as the qualifiers for the Africa U-20 Cup of Nations, took place between 7 and 15 October 2024 in Tunisia. The five teams were placed in one group, with the winner and the runner-up qualifying for the final tournament.

The WAFU-UFOA Zone A qualifiers for the U-20 Africa Cup of Nations will be hosted by Liberia with the matches played starting 15 September 2024. The matches will be played at Monrovia, Liberia.
