Patria Private Equity Trust

Patria Private Equity Trust PLC[1] (LSEPPET; formerly DMWS 480 PL from March–April 2001,[1] Standard Life European Private Equity Trust PLC from 2001–2017,[1] Standard Life Private Equity Trust PLC (SLPE)[2] from 2017–2022[1] and Abrdn Private Equity Opportunities Trust PLC (APEO) from 2022–2024,[1] is a large British investment company dedicated to investments in private equity funds and direct investments into private companies with European focus.[3] Established in 2001, the company is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index, an index of the larger companies on the London Stock Exchange.[4]

The chairperson is Christina McComb.[5] It is managed by abrdn.[6] The company changed its name from Standard Life Private Equity Trust to Abrdn Private Equity Opportunities Trust in April 2022.[7] It changed it from Abrdn Private Equity Opportunities Trust to Patria Private Equity Trust in April 2024.[8]
