Walter W. Wallace was a professor in Kansas City, Kansas.

He managed the Daily Herald in Garden City, Kansas.[1] Source says would continue with Border Ruffian newspaper in Coolidge, Kansas as well? (Border ruffian)

Wallace was one the founders and editor of The Colored American Magazine.[2][3]

Kansas City educator and music instructor[4]
