Description
English: Symptoms caused by pepper mild mottle virus (PMMoV) infection in a pepper plant and transcriptomic analysis using mRNA isolated from PMMoV-inoculated and Mock-inoculated pepper plants. a Typical symptoms on the PMMoV-infected pepper plant. The plants were photographed at 9 days post virus or PB (Mock) inoculation. Leaves marked with red arrows were collected and used for RNA-seq.
