Description
English: Combat controllers from the 21st Special Tactics Squadron, scan the runway as a 9th Special Operations Squadron MC-130P takes off, Field 6, Eglin Air Force Base range, Fla., May 11, 2011. Operation Nimble Response is an exercise to hone humanitarian and disaster relief efforts. Close to 50 personnel from Head Quarters Air Force Special Operations Command, 1st Special Operations Wing, and 280th Combat Communications Squadron, in coordination with USAID, worked together to improve disaster response.
