Summary

Description The building at 444 Lafayette Street on the corner of Astor Place in the NoHo district of Manhattan, New York City, was originally the "Astor Place Building". It was built in 1876 and designed by Griffith Thomas. The white building on the left is 436 Lafayette Street, with a cast iron front.
