Description

BENJAMIN HARRISON 1888 CAMPAIGN HANDKERCHIEF; handkerchief reads "Protection to Home Industries" and "Gen. Ben Harrison" with a portrait of Harrison at the center. Additional illustrations of flags and an eagle at the top of the image. At the bottom of the kerchief is an image of a log cabin, alluding to Harrison's grandfather, William Henry Harrison, the "log cabin president," and an image of Benjamin Harrison in military garb on horseback highlighting his career as a Union general during the Civil War.
