DescriptionBank of America Building, Buffalo, New York - 20210108.jpg
English: The Bank of America Building at 12 Fountain Plaza, as viewed from the corner of Pearl and West Huron Streets in Buffalo, New York in January 2021. The first element of the Fountain Plaza complex to be completed, what was then known as the Norstar Building dates to 1983 and originally housed the head offices of the locally-owned bank of the same name. With its sharp corners, straight lines, ultrasimplistic design, and near-total lack of ornamentation, it's one of the relatively few examples of Late Modern architecture to be found in downtown Buffalo.
