View westward over the beach in Barrow (note the bicyclist!). In the middle distance is a traditional Inupiat whaling boat made from seal skins stretched over a wooden frame. Taken June 15th 2005 by Richard Grenyer (grenyer@NOSPAMgmail.com). I retain copyright over this image but release it under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license version 2.5.
