- The building housing Jazz, Ltd. at 11 E. Grand Ave. was demolished in 1960 and replaced by the American Medical Association high rise office building.
- Page 3 at the bottom right corner of this magazine issue states, “Copyright 1956 by Entertainment Publications, Inc.” The magazine ceased publication in 1957 and the copyright was not renewed in 1984 or 1985.
