کاپوچینو یکی از کلاسیک‌ترین و محبوب‌ترین نوشیدنی‌های قهوه است که از ترکیب اسپرسو، شیر بخار داده‌شده و فوم شیر تهیه می‌شود. این نوشیدنی دارای سه لایه است: لایه اول اسپرسوی غلیظ در پایه، لایه دوم شیر گرم و لطیف، و لایه سوم فوم شیر نرم که سطح آن را می‌پوشاند. کاپوچینو معمولاً با پاشیدن کمی پودر کاکائو یا دارچین روی فوم تزیین می‌شود. تعادل دقیق بین تلخی اسپرسو و لطافت شیر، کاپوچینو را به انتخابی دلپذیر برای دوستداران قهوه تبدیل کرده است.
