DescriptionDisused Hospital, Cork City - geograph.org.uk - 755136.jpg
English: Disused Hospital, Cork City. This picture shows the western part of the disused, I believe psychiatric, hospital which dominates the western approach to Cork City. It is now undergoing conversion into apartments. It is reputed to have been, until recently, the longest building in Ireland. Across the river, it faces the newish County Hall, which when built was the highest. This picture and its companion eastern view are constructed from seven individual pictures.
