English: These are my own designs using MS Paint 2015 based upon the Flag Institutes book Britannia’s Banners - A Brief Outline of the Development of the Principal British Naval Flags by Bruce Nicholls p.14. https://www.flaginstitute.org/pdfs/Bruce%20Nicolls.pdf , It is the command flag of a division within the White squadron flown at the top of the masthead. It is also based upon the descriptions given in the book British flags, their early history, and their development at sea; with an account of the origin of the flag as a national device by Perrin, W. G. (William Gordon), 1874-1931 published in 1922, Chapter IV Flags of Command pp. 73-109. In use from 1625 to 1864 in the Kingdom of England, Great Britain and United Kingdom.
