Флаг Нижне-Талдинского сельского поселения представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище из четырёх горизонтальных полос, одинаковой ширины. За основу флага взято четыре цвета ленточек «Кыйра»: сверху первая полоса — белого цвета, вторая — жёлтого, третья — зелёного и четвёртая — синего.
