English: The Nunez House whose original structure was built in 1912. The house is located at 6701 N. 55th Drive. It is amongst the first houses built in what was known as "Mexican Town" in Glendale, Arizona. "Mexican Town" came about as a result of the migration of people from Mexico and of Mexican descent who settled in that section of Glendale with the opening of the Beet Sugar Factory in 1906. The property is listed in the “Glendale Historic Building Survey”, City of Glendale, 1980.
