Aerial view of the enormous mall in Pluit, North Jakarta. The complex is a combined mall and apartment complex, the main building has 4 towers, 37 floors sharing 8-storey mall base, named Seaview Condominiums, 4 towers 27-storey Bayview Apartment (L-shaped) and 4 towers 27-storey Coastview Apartment (T-shaped, hidden on this view). Built by Total Bangun Persada from 2010 to 2014 and entire complex is designed by DP Architects of Singapore. Mal besar milik Grup Agung Podomoro di Pluit, Jakarta Utara, dilihat dari pesawat. Kompleks ini adalah gabungan dari pusat perbelanjaan dan apartemen, dengan Kondominium Seaview memiliki 4 tower berlantai 37 yang menggunakan dasar gedung yang sama yaitu mall berlantai 8, Apartemen Bayview dengan 4 tower berbentuk L dan Apartemen Coastview dengan 4 tower berbentuk T, semuanya berlantai 27.
