Description
English: Georgia Congressman Leonidas Livingston of the 53rd Congress introduced
House Resolution 252 urging Venezuela and Great Britain to settle

their boundary dispute by arbitration on 10 January 1895.

It was voted upon on 06 February 1895.
President Grover Cleveland signed it into law on February 20 1895,
after passing both Houses of Congress.
The vote had been unanimous.
