Description
English: This beautiful quartzite sarcophagus was created by Hatshepsut and used by her to re-bury her late father, Thutmose I. It was presented as a gift by the wealthy American lawyer Theodore M. Davis to the Museum of Fine Arts (MFA), Boston in 1904.
