Description
English: Comparison between Type 2 and Type 2 Combo automotive charging connectors:
  • Left: European-style w:Combined Charging System which extends the w:Type 2 connector. Pins are Control Pilot (CP), Proximity Pilot (PP), Protective Earth (PE), Direct Current positive (DC+), Direct Current negative (DC-).
  • Right: Europe-style w:Type 2 connector for Alternating Current (AC) charging and slow Direct Current (DC) charging. Pins are Control Pilot (CP), Proximity Pilot (PP), Neutral (N), Protective Earth (PE), Live/Phase 1 (L1), Phase 3 (L3), Phase 2 (L2).
