meščanska hiša. Opis: Dvonadstropna hiša s starejšo, poznosrednejveško zasnovo. Konec 19. stoletja delno prezidana, takrat je nastala historično oblikovana fasada. Na fasadi so bifore in kamnit klasicistični portal. Datacija: pozni srednji vek, zadnja četrtina 19. stol. Opis lokacije: Maistrova 1. V srednjeveškem jedru, severovzhodno od osrednjega trga, v nizu na severni strani ulice.
