Description

Inside the rear observation car on the Canadian Pacific Trans Continental train in June 1979. Upstairs the observation dome. Alongside the passageway to the left of the stairs is a splendid liquor bar. To the right of the stairs the writing desk for sending worldwide messages and telegrams through the attendant or writing monogrammed letters. The chairs are not secured and can be moved around. The car rode beautifully.

Camera: Olympus OM1 35mm SLR.
