English: Panipuri or fuchka or gupchup or golgappa is a type of snack that originated in the Indian subcontinent, and is one of the most common street foods in India.
In this photo, the puri's are totally oil free as they are cooked in salt instead of oil/ghee. The main ingredients for the stuffing are desi chana and potato. Those 5 shot glasses have 5 different flavors of pani (flavored water) that goes great with those pani puri's.
