English: Front of the Pine Valley Ward Chapel, located at the intersection of Main and Grass Valley Streets in Pine Valley, Utah, United States. Built in 1868, it is listed with an adjacent tithing office as the "Pine Valley Chapel and Tithing Office" on the National Register of Historic Places.
