English: Portmahomack Water-Feature This unusual water-feature commemorates the first supply of water by gravitation to Portmahomack in 1887. It carries an inscription in Gaelic "Uisce Tobar Na Baistiad," "a water well of baptism." The feature was restored for the Millennium. The end of the jetty and harbour are behind.
