English: Queens' College Cambridge football team 1900-1901, winners of the Inter-College Cup. Notable among the players are:
  • Samuel Hulme Day (capt) - centre of middle row: played football for England 1906 and played cricket for Kent
  • Thomas Shenton Whitelegge Thomas (second from right, middle row): Governor successively of Nyasaland, Gold Coast, Straits Settlements and High Commissioner for the Malay States; last Governor of Straits Settlements, 1934–1942; later Sir Shenton Thomas
  • Charles Tate Regan (right, middle row): director of the Natural History Museum, London 1927 - 1938
  • Gerald Bain Canny (Q59062588) (right, front row): Commissioner of Inland Revenue and Secretary to the Board of Inland Revenue. C.B., 1924. Knighted, 1937. K.C.B., 1939
