DescriptionRiver Ash in Ashford - geograph.org.uk - 407223.jpg
English: This footbridge is shown in front of a long stretch of very slowly moving shallow water of the stream or river (in all but rare times). It takes a path from Ferndale Road and the northern bulk of Woodthorpe Road from their tiny green corner of the park into the bulk of the park. The Ash flows lengthways through Fordbridge Park and demarcates Ashford and Staines at all times.
