Art by Vincent Colletta, This is the cover to Secret Story #7 which was published by Timely-Atlas in June, 1954. The artist's signature is at the lower left. I scanned this cover from my collection. It shows the highly detailed pen and brush work used by my father in the early 1950s.

Protected by copyright, therefore a free use alternative won't exist.
Marvel Comics, the copyright holder, in March 2013 gave the subject's son, Franklin Colletta, permission to use a higher-resolution scan, which he asked me to upload; I did so on June 22, 2013, the day I received a copy of the e-mail below asking me to do so. He refers to me, colloquially, as the "editor" of the page, but no ownership is involved; Franklin is an older gentleman inexperienced with some of the technical aspects of Wikipedia and he occasionally asks for my help, which I happily provide and as can be seen at User talk:Franklin222 and Talk:Vince Colletta.

Dear Wikipedia:
I wrote to you a while back to ask whether you would exchange the low resolution image of Secret Story #7 that appears on my father's Wikipedia page with a high resolution scan. At your suggestion, I wrote to Marvel Comics and obtained a permission letter which I sent to you along with a scan of the cover.
For whatever reason, Wikipedia never did replace the low resolution version so I'm writing once again to ask whether you would consider doing so. I have spoken to Tenebrae, the editor of the Vince Colletta Wikipedia page, and he is in favor of the change.
Here is a copy of what Marvel wrote in March 2013 in response to my request and another high resolution scan of the image.

Hi Franklin,
Marvel has no objections if this image is used on your father’s Wikipedia page.
Please let me know if you have any other questions,
Best regards,
