This work is ineligible for copyright and therefore in the public domain because it consists entirely of information that is common property and contains no original authorship.
English: This particular illustration depicting San La Muerte has been in circulation through prayer cards (locally: estampitas) for several decades (at least the 1980s).[1][2] Being an anonymous image with no identifiable authorship, consistently used across various prayer cards over extended periods, it lacks clear ownership or attribution. The image is therefore below the threshold of originality required for copyright protection, and the fact that it is used by different competing companies across different countries attests to this.
