Deutsch: Mehrere unterschiedlich große Implantate aus Milzparenchym im Weichgewebe des linken Oberbauches (großes Netz, Mesocolon transversum) bei Zustand nach Verkehrsunfall mit Milzruptur und chirurgischer Milzentfernung vor vier Jahren. Nebenbefundlich liegt eine Leberzirrhose vor.
English: Splenic parenchyma and liver cirrhosis are visible in the view of the upper left abdomen. The patient has splenosis after a splenectomy due to physical trauma.
