Summary

Description
English: This 1,000 acre area is the largest oak savanna soil area in Isanti County Minnesota. Formed from the shores of glacial lakes Anoka and Hugo 10-12,000 years ago. The western portion is shaped like an arrowhead; the eastern portion is shaped like a foot and the two almost touch just east of County road 48 north of County road 5.
