Description
English: Gen. James Thurman, United States Forces Korea, or USFK, commander (center), participates in a groundbreaking ceremony Sept. 2, 2011, in Pyeongtaek, South Korea, marking the beginning of construction for elementary and high schools for Camp Humphreys. The schools will serve approximately 1,700 students, beginning in June 2013. This $85 million project is being funded by South Korea as part of its commitment to the Yongsan Relocation Plan.
