English: Willard L. Bowman (1919–1975) was an American labor official and politician. Bowman served several terms as a Democratic member of the Alaska House of Representatives in the early and mid 1970s until his death. An elementary school of the Anchorage School District, located near Huffman Road and the Seward Highway was named in his honor.
