English: Entering Jiangxia District from Hongshan District. Both are parts of Wuhan City administratively; but the former (JIangxi) is actually mostly rural, its urban core being a separate town of sorts; Hongshan, on the other hand, includes both a section of urban Wuhan and some rural land to the south of it. The restaurant signs by the road side invite one to try dishes form three other provinces - Lanzhou (Gansu) halal beef noodles, Chongqing (Sishuan) Mala bunch (麻辣燙), and Xi'an (Shhanxi) cold noodles 凉面 |
