Disputed fair use

In regards to fair use. WP:NONFREE, under acceptable uses, says "Cover art: Cover art from various items, for identification only in the context of critical commentary of that item (not for identification without critical commentary)." This is the album cover art for this album, per this. Right now there's not enough material for the album itself to have an article (this may change in the future), so the album is discussed in a section of Ashley Alexandra Dupré. Use of the album cover art in an infobox about the album would seem noncontroversial given similar usage in thousands of other album and single infoboxes. Nesodak (talk) 18:56, 22 March 2008 (UTC)

Tracing its source from the image's download, it comes from a graphic that is clearly labeled Unspoken Words' album cover on Amie Street's website. Since WP guidelines clearly state that commentary for an album can be done in a section and not only an entire article and since the image of the Unspoken Words album cover isn't at the top of the Dupre article but only in the section covering the album, it would seem to pass WP's "free use" muster. --Justmeherenow (talk) 19:52, 22 March 2008 (UTC)
