This image is clearly a screenshot from the NBC television program Passions. It is copyright NBC, but its use is considered fair use under U.S. copyright laws in an article about the copyrighted fictional character and series. The fact that it may have gone through a third party media source is irrelevant. -- Dougie WII (talk) 02:02, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
