Hubli-Dharwad East is one of the 224 Legislative Assembly constituencies of Karnataka in India.[2]

It is part of Dharwad district and is reserved for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes. As of 2023, its representative is Abbayya Prasad of the Indian National Congress party.[1] Muslims are the largest community, making up a near-majority, with Dalits the second-largest group.[3]
