Hundred Burgers

Hundred Burgers is a gourmet burger restaurant chain based in Valencia, Spain. Founded in 2020 by Alex González-Urbón and Ezequiel Maldjian. The company has gained recognition for its high-quality burgers and innovative approach to fast-casual dining.[1] In 2024, Michelin Guide recognized Hundred Burgers as the world's best burgers, the first time a non-United States burger venue had won the title.[2]

Hundred Burgers has expanded to multiple locations in Valencia and Madrid.[citation needed] The chain has been named the best hamburger in Spain for 2021 and 2022 by food critic @joeburgerchallenge.[3]
