Piotr Bartkowiak (born 21 September 1975) is a Polish former professional footballer who played as a defender.

He started his career with Orkan Konarzewo. At 15, he joined Lech Poznań. He had to wait four years before playing in the senior game, and made his debut on 13 August 1994 in the 1–1 away draw against Górnik Zabrze. During the autumn of 1994, he played in three more league games and one Poland Cup match. During his time with Lech, he was sent on loan to lower division clubs Luboński KS and Warta Śrem.[citation needed]

He spent the 1996–97 at Zawisza Bydgoszcz. Later, he played for Astra Krotoszyn, Lubuszanin Drezdenko, again in Astra, before returning to Orkan Konarzewo in early 2000. In spring of 2000, he rejoined Lech Poznań,[citation needed] now playing in the second tier, but he made no appearances for the first team. Since autumn 2000, with an exception for a short stint with Astra Krotoszyn, he was a playing coach of his first club Orkan Konarzewo.[citation needed]

He received professional training for a locksmith–welder.[citation needed]
