Un-Encyclopedic content

[edit]

Deleted the following sentence: "His communication and interaction skills are exceptionally and enjoyed by those who has been so lucky to spend time with him as a student or scholar."

In addition to being non-grammatical, this sentence is non-notable and un-encylopedic; he's famous for being a respected scholar, after all, not an all-around swell guy. There are several other examples here of content that should be reworked and/or deleted for similar reasons, but I'll leave off at this for now and see what happens to the page...Jtmorgan (talk) 19:39, 29 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Jack Steele Parker - not notable

[edit]

I did some research. Outside a short note in businessweek and an obituary [1] he doesn't seem to have been notable to generate any coverage, almost all of the hits for his name are for the academic chair he created. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 06:46, 17 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
