- Mohammed Schools (Georgia) → Mohammed Schools
- Mohammed Schools → Deleted to make way for page move
– current DAB at Mohammed Schools contains exactly one valid wikipedia link. Hoof Hearted (talk) 18:28, 16 February 2023 (UTC) This is a contested technical request (permalink). 162 etc. (talk) 18:16, 20 February 2023 (UTC)
- Note: pages with content, such as Mohammed Schools, are ineligible to be new titles in move requests unless they, too, are dispositioned. Mohammed Schools → Deleted to make way for page move has been added to this request to satisfy that requirement. P.I. Ellsworth , ed. put'er there 17:58, 22 February 2023 (UTC)
- The rationale is understandable, but subjects involving Mohammed have a tendency to be controversial, and it seems like "Mohammed Schools" could also refer to Madrasas in general. — BarrelProof (talk) 20:13, 16 February 2023 (UTC)
- As the link to Madrasas has been added, I'll remove this request. @Hoof Hearted feel free to create a RM if you wish. ~ Eejit43 (talk) 23:59, 16 February 2023 (UTC)
- Support per nom, I'm not seeing Madrasas being called Mohammed Schools. If anyone can prove otherwise then sure this is up for debate.--Ortizesp (talk) 07:21, 21 February 2023 (UTC)
- Support. The Atlanta campus's schools are named after 2 people surnamed Mohammed. There's no evidence the term is used for madrasas generally, and it's not a term WP should be seeking to introduce. There are, or have been, other "Mohammed schools" founded by Clara Mohammed, and once this article is renamed, it could be expanded to include some basic information about those. Location
[edit]I've noticed that https://www.dot.ga.gov/DriveSmart/MapsData/Documents/CountyMaps/Dekalb.pdf shows the school in the Atlanta city limits, but some mapping stuff Ive done shows the campus just outside the hook in DeKalb Atlanta. WhisperToMe (talk) 23:52, 25 September 2024 (UTC)
