The entire team was tested, and a detailed explanation about the team's situation, rather than just brief mentions of individual swimmers, is available in the Concerns and controversies at the 2024 Summer Olympics article. Regarding this article, a whole section on doping seems unnecessary since multiple international organizations, including the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)and the International Olympic Committee, have refuted the allegations. Sources have also reported that WADA has accused American committees of politicizing the Olympics. [1]. This goes beyond the scope of this article.
