Uplers is an Indian hiring platform specialising in technology and digital staff.[1][2][3]
History
[edit]Uplers was founded in 2019 in Ahmedabad, India by Jaymin Bhuptani, who serves as the CEO, and Nital Shah, who is the company's COO.[4][5] The founders of Uplers are also the founders of a marketing outsourcing services organization Mavlers.[6][7]
In 2024, Uplers hired the brand consultancy Chlorophyll.[1] In 2023, the managed services company was launched to separate the wing of the business from Uplers.
In January 2024, Uplers launched UpScreen, an AI recruitment screening tool.[4] UpScreen utilizes machine learning to analyze resumes and generate interview questions, then conducts AI-based video assessments and compiles data for recruiters and hiring managers.[8]
The company was first certified as a "Great place to work" in October 2020.[9][10] The CEO also received the Indian Achiever's Award.[11]
Uplers is already leveraged by hundreds of top companies, from hot start-ups to multinational organizations, and has more than 1 Million vetted Indian talent on its platform.[citation needed]
Operations
[edit]Uplers' AI-based platform provides recruitment services fo technology and digital specialists from India.[9][12] It has two brands: Uplers (hiring platform) and Mavlers (marketing services), and an employee number over 1000 people. The company is headquartered in India, with offices in the US and Australia.[7] Jaymin Bhuptani is a co-founder and CEO.[13] Nital Shah is the co-founder and COO. Bhuvan Desai serves as VP of operations, and Dhaivat Mehta[14] is VP of brand and marketing.[6][15]
