On one side of the pinon an intricate Design known as Sabugi/Chabugi(๐‘„ฅ๐‘„๐‘„ช๐‘„‰๐‘„จ) is woven in different colours.

Hadi (๐‘„ฆ๐‘„˜๐‘„จ)

The Upper part of the dress is called Hadi (๐‘„ฆ๐‘„˜๐‘„จ) which is wrapped around women's Bust or it can be thrown over shoulder with a top.The color of the hadi is usually same with the conjoined Pinon .Different types of Patterns are weaved over the Hadi. Most of the patterns are taken from nature depicting flowers, birds and animals.

Alam (๐‘„ƒ๐‘„ฃ๐‘„Ÿ๐‘„ด)

[edit]

A design sampler known as Alam (๐‘„ƒ๐‘„ฃ๐‘„Ÿ๐‘„ด) is used to weave design on Pinon and Hadi. The patterns are substantially made of bright colors, but also contains some exciting patterns reflecting the nature and at the same time related to decorative purpose. It is made with as many floral designs as possible. All the flowers that are specially drawn as samples in Alam are: Bigunbiji Phool, Chorga-ada Phool, Samulaejo Phool, Bilehuj Phool, Ulu Phool etc. And According to this Alam's design the Patterns are drawn on Pinon's Chabugi And Hadi.

Back in the day, during the process of a girl becoming a woman, the girl's mother or elders teach the girl to make a design of a dress from alam. The girl who achieves the preciseness at the end of this education is especially honored in Chakma society. She is considered as the most suitable bride in Chakma society. For this reason Alam is considered a prestigious asset among Chakma Women.
