WP:FFU

Welcome to Files for Upload, part of WikiProject Articles for creation. This process was created to allow unregistered users to add new files to Wikipedia with the assistance of experienced Wikipedians. If you would like to upload an image yourself, you can create an account and after four days and 10 edits you will be autoconfirmed and able to upload files. However, please consider uploading free files over at the Wikimedia Commons (instructions for creating an account there can be found here).

Reviewing requests

If you are an experienced editor, then you can help out by reviewing requests.

Make sure you're familiar with Wikipedia's policies on non-free content (or simplified version).
Learn about Wikipedia's various copyright tags.
Read the guide on how to review file upload requests.
Note that this page's editnotice contains an expandable cheat sheet with all the templates used in reviewing requests.
After uploading the file tag its talk page with {{subst:WPAFCF}}.
Remember to subst all templates.
Notify the requester at their talk page using {{subst:ffu talk}} ~~~~ whenever you act on their request.
You are responsible for anything you upload, so make sure you are comfortable that the file satisfies Wikipedia's policies first.
If the file is non-free, then you must insert the file in the appropriate article right away in order to comply with the non-free content criteria.

Comment: I have found the link which contains what is likely the requested file: https://library.oarcloud.noaa.gov/swm.docs.lib/1960/19600731.pdf. The user requested the surface analysis of the typhoon, which is the lower of the two files, and requests that it be more focused on Typhoon Shirley, which can be seen in the upper part of the image near the Philippines, very close to Taiwan and China and can be done by cropping it to where it and the surrounding areas are visible. @LemonSlushie: Would you like me to go ahead and process this request, or would you like to do so? As the logo represents the company and is essential for visual identification on the Wikipedia page, its inclusion is vital.

I can't contact anyone. That's not my job. If you are Usama Sarwar and you created the logo, then you can email [email protected] to record that you release the work under that license. However, in this case, the logo probably qualifies for c:Template:PD-textlogo, so you'd be able to upload it to Commons yourself as it is in the public domain.
