The 1992 Real Tennis British Open was the 13th edition of the British Open since it became an annual event in 1979. The men's event was held at the Queen's Club in London between November 21-30, 1992 and was organised by the Tennis and Rackets Association.[1] The men's draw was the fourth and final grand slam event of the year.

The men's singles draw was won by amateur Julian Snow.[2] It was the first victory by an amateur since Howard Angus in 1979, and the first by a British player since 1985. It was Snow's first British Open victory and his third Open victory in 1992. The doubles was won by the Australian pair of Lachlan Deuchar and Wayne Davies, receiving a walkover in the final over Frank Filippelli and James Male. They recovered the title they had held between 1984 and 1990. It would be the last year either of them would win the title.
