[edit]- Akademia Ushtarake Tokësore “Skënderbeu”, Amaro Divas Romët, Bistrica, Dajti, Erzeni, Gramshi, Martaneshi, Piramida, Poliçani, Romët, Skrapari, Studenti, Tërbuni, Valbona, Vau i Dejës, Veleçiku, Vëllazërimi and Vora were relegated because were failed to secure a proper ground for next season.
