The 2023–24 season is the first season in the history of Colchester United Women's Football Club. The team competed in the Essex County Women's Football League Division Two. In addition to the domestic league, the club also participated in the Essex County Women's Football League Cup and the BBC Essex Women's Cup.

The team ended the season with the "double", having won both the Essex County Women's Football League Division Two and the Essex County Women's Football League Cup.[1]
