A Prayer Under Pressure of Violent Anguish is the second full-length album released by the metal band My Ruin. It contains a cover of Black Flags My War. The track Miss Ann Thrope contains backup vocals from Jessicka from Jack Off Jill. It contains the single Beauty Fiend.
