Ayakazu Hirose (廣瀬 文一, Hirose Ayakazu) served as the Chairman of the National Executive Council, and as a member of the National Board of Governors of the Boy Scouts of Nippon.
Background
[edit]In 1992, Hirose was awarded the 218th Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.[1] In 1997 he also received the highest distinction of the Scout Association of Japan, the Golden Pheasant Award.[2]
