Bert Poulheim

Bert Poulheim (1952–2006) was a German composer.
Life
[edit]Poulheim was a student of Ruth Zechlin.[1] In 1977, his work Die Uraufführung was premiered at the Club der Kulturschaffenden in Berlin.[2] In 1979, he was awarded the Hanns Eisler Prize.[3] In 1987, the premiere of the musical comedy Zug um Zug (text Hansjörg Schneider) took place at the Zeitz Theatre.[4]
In 2007, the Bert Poulheim & Marion Violet Foundation was established.[5]
